Jess teaches a variety of classes such as hand balancing/acrobatics, jazz, contemporary, ballet, hip-hop, street jazz, improvisation, choreography, strength, conditioning, and mobility classes. She teaches children, teens and adults!

For those of you that are interested in more personalized training, Jess offers a few time slots for private virtual and/or in-person sessions. These sessions can be either just a one-time session or consistently scheduled and will focus on specific areas or goals you’d like to work on.

Strength and mobility are essential to keeping a body in peak form and are an important part of injury prevention whether you are an acrobat, athlete, dance, or actor. In this class, Jess Adams, a professional dancer and acrobat, will warm up specific muscle groups that will be strengthened and actively stretched. These exercises will support your overall physical health while increasing your strength and range of motion. While this VIRTUAL class is geared toward anyone trying to stay at the top of their mobility game, modifications and advancements are provided to satisfy the needs of our gentle movers all the way to our dancer/circus artists and athletes.
