Paying for a Virtual Class?
Once you’ve made your payment, you will be admitted into the zoom class at the time of the event *payment deadline is 1 hour before all classes!

CLASS MAKEUPS
If you’ve already paid for a class, but cannot attend, please notify Jess at least an hour before the class start time. The class can be made up within that series of classes or you will be refunded for the class. Classes will not be refunded if you do not notify Jess at least 1 hour before the class.
LATENESS
As a courtesy, Jess will allow 5 minutes at the start time of class to admit participates into the zoom class and get everyone situated with any necessary props/tools that may be required for the class (ie. bands, blocks, weights, foam roller etc.). Afterwards, Jess will start her class and it will be difficult to check for any late-arriving participates. Unless it is previously discussed with Jess, there will be no refunds for those who are not admitted into the zoom class due to lateness.
CANCELLATIONS
Jess will notify you of any cancellations via email (or text if Jess has your contact info), and you will be refunded the day the class (at the latest), unless you choose to use the payment for a different class.

PRIVATE SESSIONS
For those of you that are interested in more personalized training Jess will also be offering a few time slots for private zoom sessions for $60/hr or $30/half hour. These sessions can be either just a one-time session or consistently scheduled and will focus on specific areas or goals you’d like to work on.
